What Cornwall Home Owners Are Saying
"The owner (Tristan) was very polite and professional. I had been out of town and they quickly dug me out of snow piled three feet high in my driveway and shoveled my walkway. He was the only one of many contractors I contacted who actually returned my call. Very pleased with their work and will hire them for the season next year!"

Fully insured and WSIB covered, 24/7 storm dispatch, and a timestamped written service log emailed after every visit, which is your slip-and-fall defence.
Hiring the wrong contractor costs more than hiring the right one.
A redo on snow removal costs more than doing it right the first time. Here is the difference.
What usually goes wrong
- The contractor doesn't show for the storm that actually mattered
- No record of who came, when, or whether the lot was salted
- Lawn edges and interlock torn up by a blade that didn't know where they ended
- Salt burn on grass, planting beds and concrete
- Nobody answers the phone at 4am
How we work on snow removal
- Dispatch runs off the storm and off trigger depth, not off your phone call
- Timestamped written service log emailed after every single visit
- Driveway and lot edges staked before the first snowfall, spring repairs at our cost
- Salt applied to a plan, on the surfaces that need it, in the amount they need
- A named contact with a direct line for the whole season
What you get in writing
- Workmanship warranty in writing
- Free on-site estimate, no obligation, response within 1 business day
